01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Zeetbazz website, downloading the Zeetbazz app, or creating a Zeetbazz account, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Zeetbazz.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the Zeetbazz platform. Continued use of Zeetbazz after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

02 Eligibility

To register and play on Zeetbazz, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable to your location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a Zeetbazz employee.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Zeetbazz platform.
• You must be registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

Zeetbazz reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. If a member cannot provide satisfactory verification, Zeetbazz may suspend or permanently close the account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

It is the sole responsibility of each member to ensure that their use of Zeetbazz complies with the laws of their jurisdiction. Zeetbazz does not provide legal advice and makes no representation about the legality of online gaming in any specific location.

03 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one Zeetbazz account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is a violation of these Terms and Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being closed.

When registering on Zeetbazz, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Zeetbazz login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Zeetbazz will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact Zeetbazz support immediately.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Zeetbazz are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Zeetbazz supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Additional payment methods may be added from time to time and will be displayed in the cashier section of your account.

Deposits are credited to your Zeetbazz account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of each transaction. Zeetbazz does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal requests are processed by the Zeetbazz finance team within a few hours of submission during normal operating hours. Before your first withdrawal, Zeetbazz may require identity verification documents including a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership.

• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method that has been used to deposit into your Zeetbazz account.
• Zeetbazz reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been completed.
• Zeetbazz may delay or decline a withdrawal if there is a pending investigation related to the account.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

Zeetbazz offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates. These terms are displayed clearly at the point of each offer and must be read before claiming.

Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be bet before it can be converted to withdrawable cash. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times in total before a withdrawal can be requested.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless Zeetbazz explicitly states otherwise.
• Zeetbazz reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means will be voided and the account may be closed.
• Bonus expiry dates are fixed. Uncompleted wagering requirements after the expiry date will result in the bonus being removed from the account.

Zeetbazz monitors bonus usage and reserves the right to adjust or cancel a bonus if it determines that a member is exploiting promotional offers in a way that is inconsistent with normal recreational play.

06 Betting Rules

All bets placed on Zeetbazz are subject to the specific rules of the game or market in which they are placed. Game rules are accessible within each game on the Zeetbazz platform. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing a bet.

Bets are final once confirmed. Zeetbazz does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed, except in cases where a technical error has clearly affected the outcome. In such cases, Zeetbazz will investigate and resolve the matter at its discretion.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets on Zeetbazz.
• Zeetbazz reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or game that has been affected by a technical fault.
• In the event of a dispute about a game result, the Zeetbazz server log is the definitive record.
• Bets placed after an event has concluded — due to a delay in data feeds — will be voided.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Zeetbazz platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Fraud: Any attempt to deceive Zeetbazz or other members through false information, stolen payment methods, or misrepresentation.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market on Zeetbazz.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, or any automated tool to interact with the Zeetbazz platform in place of a human player.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play, including through multiple accounts or coordinated wagering.
• Money Laundering: Using Zeetbazz to process funds derived from illegal activity. Zeetbazz complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal on a deposit made to Zeetbazz without first contacting Zeetbazz support to resolve the issue.

08 Responsible Gaming

Your Zeetbazz account grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, recreational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to scrape, mirror, or commercially exploit any part of the Zeetbazz platform.

11 Limitation of Liability

Zeetbazz provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While Zeetbazz makes every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, it cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from errors at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zeetbazz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical faults, connectivity issues, or third-party service failures.

• Zeetbazz is not responsible for losses caused by your failure to follow these Terms and Conditions.
• Zeetbazz is not liable for delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Zeetbazz's total liability to any member in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the incident.

12 Account Suspension and Closure

Zeetbazz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A member has violated these Terms and Conditions.
• A member has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspicious activity has been detected on the account.
• A member has requested self-exclusion under the responsible gaming policy.
• Zeetbazz is required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.

If your account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these terms, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. If the closure is due to a breach, Zeetbazz may withhold funds pending investigation.

Members who wish to close their own Zeetbazz account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours.

13 Amendments to These Terms

Zeetbazz reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Zeetbazz may also notify members of significant changes via email or an in-platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the Zeetbazz platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you should stop using Zeetbazz and contact support to close your account.
